This company was hired to gut and redo a bathroom. We had issues with a light/fan that was installed. It never worked properly. Once the bathroom was completed and we started to utilize the bathroom a few issues existed. The fan had water pouring out of it. I tried texting Kenny about it and his immediate reply was "that's nothing that we did or caused" The caulking around the tub does not adhere. We had them recaulk 3 times and after letting it dry over 30 hours after 2-3 days the caulk would come up. It seems that the tub was improperly installed as water sits on the ledge. The angle of the ledge is pitched into the wall and not into the tub so the water just sits on the ledge. Kenny hasn't even come out to look at the final work. But he states the caulk was done twice so he has no interest in fixing this issue. Also there was a diverter valve that was installed. It is supposed to have 7 settings 2 to showerhead 2 to handheld 2 to both and 1 pause. I have 7 settings. 2 to showerhead 2 to both 2 pauses and 1 to handleld only, to handheld only comes out at a trickle. Complained about this was not offered a solution by Kenny other than this is how they are. I called the company that manufactures the diverter they sent a new cartridge. Asked Kenny to install and I was told this would be an additional charge. Kenny is terrible with returning calls/texts when you have issues but it very quick to respond when he is looking for payment. When I mentioned I still have issues his reply was cartridge would be additional to install the caulk was done twice the fan was nothing that they did or caused and if I don't want to make the final payment that is fine. I have had to call an electrician to fix the fan and pay for that out of pocket and 2 other people have advised that caulk will always be an issue because tub was improperly installed and to fix we would need to have tub reinstalled which needs to tear out the new tile that was just installed. …Read More

Kenny and his crew abandon a 3 bathroom job leaving 1 bathroom unfinished. Lighting fixtures we picked out was switched to cheaper ones. Don't use this company.
